Bobbie Back-Wedderien.  is the CEO & President of National Bank & Finance Executive Search. She brings over twenty-five years experience in the recruiting industry coupled with five years as a national marketing manager for a brokerage and investment firm.

She began her recruiting career in 1971 in her home state of Oklahoma. In 1977, she moved to Ohio and built a successful recruiting firm prior to moving to California in 1982. She is extremely perceptive in recognizing the specialized needs within the banking and financial industry and devotes herself to seeking the highest qualified candidates for each client.

Bobbie received her degree in Communications from Stevens College for women in Missouri. She also holds NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Leonard C. Nichols - Senior Team Lead

Leonard was brought in as a Senior Team lead to work with the Banking and Finance group for National Bank and Finance. His duties include screening and interviewing for every aspect of the Bank and Finance field from sales to C-Level positions. Leonard responsibilities also include being primary contact for several large national groups. We work with banks and non-banking facilities.

Leonard was part of the IS/IT group of NBF for several years. He was in the general IS/IT field since 1992. With experience ranging from advance projects in the military to national Voice over IP (VoIP) deployments. Leonard has been interviewed for both articles about VoIP on the Internet and by local TV. Stations. Leonard has served as an IT group Manager and Sales Manager for two different local company’s. Leonard has the background and experience in both sales and management to know who would be the right person for the job. Leonard’s diverse background enables him to bring to his clients’ the high quality candidates to fulfill today’s challenging environment.

James B. Davis - Senior Account Executive

Account Executive - producing sales revenue from the sale of air time
Local Sales Manager with supervision over sales team and support personnel

General Sales Manager supervising all facets of local, regional & national sales and support personnel
Chief Executive Officer of children’s residential treatment facility, daycare, foster care & off site before and after school care.  Responsible to boards of directors for nine locations including budgeting, hiring supervision and general operations.   Supervision of 152 employees.  Ultimately responsible for compliance to regulations of eight licensing agencies.
Served on Boards of Directors of two Chambers of Commerce, Salvation Army, Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Eastern City Business Council, Lions Club and AAA Auto Club, Children’s Home & Treatment Center
BA graduate of Bethany College with a major in Economics and minor in Communications

Kevin McCann - Senior Account Executive

Kevin joined NBF Executive Search in early 2005 after 15 years in Operations and Sales. Kevin is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates in all fields of the Bank and Finance industry. Kevin also serves as a recruiter on existing NBF key accounts.

Kevin’s level of accomplishments before joining NBF  were noteworthy and have continued through his career with NBF. Kevin’s education is at the college level and he is a member of a number of allied organizations. He is rapidly earning the trust and respect of his clients by making commitments and delivering them on time. Kevin’s understanding of the business enables him to surface the quality talent required to meet the rigorous demands of today's environment.

Wayne Wedderien In memory of our Co-Founder and CEO of National Bank & Finance Executive Search who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in May 21, 2006.
