Why a Recruiter?
Why should someone use an executive search firm? What benefits are derived? Is more money
really saved by this action?
The answer is most definitely yes, and for many precise reasons. Additionally, one can
gather more information from The Fordyce Letter
and Paul Hawkinson.
- An enormous amount of time is spent sorting and reviewing each résumé. ( Your time can
be utilized more profitably in other areas.) Résumés do not depict personalities and many times distort a candidate's
qualifications. National Bank & Finance Executive Search pre-screens, qualifies, and presents only those
candidates that meet specific requirements, avoiding the many hours required in interviewing un-qualified candidates.
- Placing newspaper ads is very expensive. Though you may attract an abundance of résumés,
rarely does an ad attract quality candidates. We never place ads. We direct our search to meet your specific needs.
- Statistics show that the actual cost of using a search firm is nominal. There is less
than a 9% difference ( based on a 30% fee) in using professional search firm and conducting your own search. Professional
fees are a write-off for your company.
- Money is lost in a vacant position because of "non-production".
It is our desire to fill the open position as soon as possible.
- We direct our expertise specifically
to servicing the banking and financial institutions because we believe specialization is the key to success. We
are members of industry associations and closely monitor trends and developments.
- Most clients seek confidentiality because the competition could capitalize on that weakness.
Our searches are conducted in the manner you request.
- Institutions that openly recruit from a competitor leave themselves open to legal action.
For that reason, there are times when a client will direct us to a specific candidate they would like us to contact
on their behalf.
